On May 31, 2011, in association with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), Ontario Chapter, Davies Howe Partners LLP hosted a continuing legal education program entitled “Corporate Responsibilities – Appropriate Uses of Surveillance and Related Privacy Issues” for in-house legal counsel.

- Motions for production of social media pages
- Uses of social media in wrongful dismissal cases
