Alexia is an associate who practices in the areas of land use planning, land development, and municipal law. She advises clients on a wide range of planning and development matters and represents landowners, developers, and municipalities before the Ontario Land Tribunal, municipal councils, and committees of adjustment.
Her practice also includes advising municipalities on matters related to governance, ethics, and integrity commissioner proceedings.
Alexia joined Davies Howe LLP as an articling student, where she gained hands-on experience in planning and development matters, including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, site plan approvals, and related appeals.
She earned her law degree from the University of Birmingham and completed a Global Professional Master of Laws at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
