About Grace

Grace is an associate who practices in the areas of land use planning, land development and municipal law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2021.

Grace completed her articling with Davies Howe prior to being called to the Ontario Bar and starting her practice here. She has appeared before the Ontario Land Tribunal, Toronto Local Appeal Body, Ontario Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Justice and various municipal councils and committees of adjustment

She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from McGill University, where she received first class honours for her thesis, The Heat Penalty of Walkable Cities. Grace then went on to obtain her law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. There, she was recognized for her outstanding academic efforts with the Alistair Fraser Award for Excellence in Public Law and Property Law and the Gowlings Law and Technology Award.

Grace is the co-author of several articles published through the Ontario Bar Association including Game of Zones – Toronto’s Ongoing Efforts to Introduce Inclusionary Zoning and Bill 245 Proposes Sweeping Changes to Expropriation in Ontario.
