Liam is an associate who practices in the areas of land use planning law, expropriation law, and administrative law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and the Manitoba Bar in 2021.
Liam advises on a wide range of land development, land use planning, and expropriation matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Land Tribunal, municipal councils, the Ontario Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Prior to joining Davies Howe, Liam served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Elizabeth Heneghan at the Federal Court for the 2022-2023 term. Before clerking, he articled and practiced as a litigation associate at a law firm in Winnipeg, where he represented clients before various levels of courts and administrative tribunals.
Liam holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law.
