About Liam

Liam is an associate who practices in the areas of land development, expropriation law, and administrative law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and the Manitoba Bar in 2021.

Prior to joining Davies Howe, Liam served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Elizabeth Heneghan at the Federal Court for the 2022-2023 term. Before clerking, he completed his articles and practiced as a litigation associate at a law firm in Winnipeg. He has appeared before various levels of courts and administrative tribunals.

Liam holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law. During law school, he competed in the Laskin Moot Competition in Canadian Constitutional and Administrative Law and the Michel-Bastarache Language Rights Moot.
