About Meaghan

Meaghan is a partner with the firm and practices in the areas of land use planning, land development, and municipal law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2011.

Meaghan assists clients with a wide range of land development matters including applications and appeals for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Her broad experience covers the spectrum from complex urban boundary disputes to residential home additions, including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, subdivision plans, site plans, consents, minor variances and other land use and planning- related issues.

She regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal, Toronto Local Appeal Body, Ontario Divisional Court and various municipal councils and committees of adjustment.

Prior to joining the firm, Meaghan articled with the former Environmental Review Tribunal, Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario.
