Samantha is a partner who practices in the area land development and expropriation law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2015.

Samantha has broad experience in a wide range of land planning and development law matters including official plan amendments, zoning by-law amendments, subdivision plans, site plans, consents, and minor variances. Samantha frequently handles complex planning and development law issues, including acting for clients on major development projects and infrastructure funding. In her expropriation practice, Samantha advises and advocates for clients at all stages of the process.

Samantha regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and Toronto Local Appeal Body, as well as before many municipal councils and committees of adjustment.
