Samantha is a partner who practices in the area land development and municipal law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2015.

Samantha’s extensive practice ranges from complex developments to minor home renovations. She has broad experience in a wide range of land planning and development law matters including official plan amendments, zoning by-law amendments, subdivision plans, site plans, consents, and minor variances. Samantha also frequently handles employment land conversions and urban boundary expansions for her clients.

Samantha regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and Toronto Local Appeal Body, as well as before many municipal councils and committees of adjustment.
