Susan is a partner who practices in the areas of land use planning and development, and cost sharing among developers. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 1983.

Susan represents both individuals and corporations across Ontario on a wide range of real estate matters including complex cost sharing and front-ending arrangements, planning applications and development charges. Prior to joining Davies Howe, Susan ran a highly successful legal practice for ten years focusing on all aspects of land use planning and development. In addition to practicing law in the private sector, she worked as in-house counsel for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
